Title: Auto-Close Calendar Invite Tickets from mike@evo.tech
Created by: Richie Salvador
Created on: June 5, 2025
Tool: Freshdesk → Automations → Automations → Ticket Creation
✅ Purpose
This automation is designed to automatically close support tickets that are created from recurring calendar invitations or cancellations sent by mike@evo.tech to the support inbox (support@evot.freshdesk.com).
These tickets typically have no support action required and clutter the Freshdesk ticket list. Automating this helps keep the queue clean and focused only on actionable issues.

Once this automation is active:
Freshdesk will automatically close these calendar-related tickets.
The support team does not need to manually touch or delete them.
This reduces ticket noise and improves queue visibility for real support requests.
Maintenance Tips:
If Mike changes the email address or subject lines change, this rule may need to be updated.
Periodically review closed tickets to ensure no valid issues are being mistakenly closed.
